From Mumbai to the Perfume Capital of the World:

Aurashine Essentials and AromaSeed Come to SIMPPAR 2026, Grasse

Grasse has been the soul of perfumery for centuries. This May, Aurashine Essentials will bring its finest natural ingredients — Indian sandalwood, pure essential oils, and botanical treasures from across the subcontinent — to the most prestigious raw materials salon in the fragrance world. Perfumers, formulators, and ingredient buyers are warmly invited.

Aurashine Essentials  |  SIMPPAR 2026, Grasse, France

Event:  SIMPPAR 2026 — Salon International des Matières Premières pour la Parfumerie (19th Edition)

Dates:  26–27 May 2026

Venue:  Cours Honoré Cresp, Grasse, France

Exhibiting with:  AromaSeed (France)

Organised by:  Société Française des Parfumeurs (SFP)

MUMBAI / GRASSE — There are few addresses in the fragrance world that carry the weight of Grasse. Perched in the hills above the French Riviera, the city has been the epicentre of fine perfumery for over four centuries — home to the rose fields, jasmine harvests, and master perfumers whose work defines the highest standards of the craft. It is, by any measure, the most meaningful place on earth to present natural aromatic ingredients.

In May 2026, Aurashine Essentials will take its place on that stage. We are proud to announce our participation at SIMPPAR 2026 — the 19th edition of the Salon International des Matières Premières pour la Parfumerie — to be held outdoors on Cours Honoré Cresp, Grasse, on 26 and 27 May 2026. Organised by the Société Française des Parfumeurs, SIMPPAR is the definitive professional gathering for raw material producers, fragrance houses, and perfumers from across the world. And this year, Aurashine will be there — alongside our longstanding French partner, AromaSeed.

The World’s Premier Perfumery Raw Materials Salon

SIMPPAR is not a general trade show. It is a highly curated, professional-only event that draws the most serious buyers, creators, and decision-makers in the global fragrance industry. The 18th edition in Paris in 2025 welcomed 128 exhibitors from 24 countries and recorded over 4,000 entries across two days — including nearly 350 professional perfumers. Every major fragrance house, cosmetic manufacturer, and fine perfumery brand has buyers and perfumers walking the floor.

The 2026 edition returns to Grasse — a city whose very name is synonymous with the raw materials of perfumery — for the second time, following the historic first outdoor edition in 2024. With 118 individual exhibitor tents spread along the Cours Honoré Cresp, and a programme that closes with a garden party hosted by the City of Grasse at the Villa Fragonard, this edition promises to be one of the most intimate, evocative, and professionally significant editions yet.

For an Indian sandalwood and aroma ingredients company, there is no more fitting arena in which to present our portfolio to the world’s finest perfumers.

To stand in Grasse with Indian sandalwood is to bring two of the world’s great fragrance traditions into the same room — and invite the best perfumers in the world to experience what that means.

Aurashine & AromaSeed: A Partnership That Travels Well

One of the most distinctive aspects of our SIMPPAR participation is who we will be sharing the floor with. Aurashine will be exhibiting alongside AromaSeed — our France-based raw material trading and production partner — in a joint presentation that reflects the depth and maturity of a relationship built on shared values: quality, traceability, sustainability, and a genuine passion for the craft of natural perfumery.

AromaSeed, headquartered in Pegomas, France, and operating its own production subsidiary in Paraguay, brings a complementary and globally sourced portfolio to the Aurashine story. The partnership unites the heritage and precision of Indian botanical sourcing with AromaSeed’s expertise in South American and European natural ingredients — creating a combined offering that spans continents and traditions.

At SIMPPAR 2026, this partnership will be on full display. Perfumers visiting the joint stand will have access to an unusually broad palette of natural raw materials — from the ancient forests of India to the distilleries of Paraguay — all underpinned by the same commitment to traceability and responsible sourcing.

What Perfumers and Formulators Will Find at Our Stand

Our SIMPPAR stand is designed for working perfumers and formulators — professionals who want to smell, evaluate, and discover ingredients in a focused, unhurried environment. We will be presenting an extensive selection of Aurashine’s premium essential oils and natural ingredients, with knowledgeable team members on hand to discuss origin, quality benchmarks, supply specifications, and formulation applications.

Aurashine’s ingredient showcase will include:

  • Indian Sandalwood Oil (Santalum album) — our flagship material, distilled from plantation-grown heartwood with full chain-of-custody documentation, prized for its creamy, warm, balsamic profile and exceptional substantivity in fine fragrance and prestige skincare
  • Indian Vetiver (Khus) Oil — the smoky, earthy, deeply complex root oil from India’s Vetiveria zizanioides, a foundational base note in countless classic and contemporary perfumes
  • Suganmantri Oil — a distinctive Indian botanical oil with a characterful aromatic profile suited to oriental and woody fragrance constructions
  • Atoxlyon Oil — a refined aromatic material with unique olfactory properties relevant to niche and artisan perfumery applications
  • Rose Oil and related derivatives — from India’s long tradition of rose cultivation and attar production
  • A curated selection of further Indian essential oils, resins, and botanical extracts — representing the full depth of the subcontinent’s aromatic heritage

AromaSeed will be presenting its own hero portfolio alongside the Aurashine range, including:

  • Petitgrain Oil — AromaSeed’s flagship South American essential oil, a crisp, woody-floral material produced from the leaves and twigs of the bitter orange tree in Paraguay, widely used in eau de cologne, fresh chypres, and aromatic fougères
  • Guaiac Wood Oil (Bois de Gaïac) — a warm, smoky, slightly rosy wood oil distilled from Bulnesia sarmientoi in Paraguay, valued for its soft tenacity and blending versatility across oriental, woody, and amber compositions
  • A further selection of AromaSeed’s sustainably sourced natural ingredient range, available for sampling and discussion

Taken together, the Aurashine and AromaSeed portfolio offers visiting perfumers one of the most diverse and geographically broad collections of traceable natural ingredients at the 2026 salon.

An Invitation to Perfumers and Formulators

SIMPPAR draws perfumers who work at the highest level — for those who evaluate ingredients with precision, not just request them. That’s exactly the kind of scrutiny our materials hold up under.

Our team will have the full Aurashine and AromaSeed range available for testing across both days. We’re there to talk specifics: origin, distillation method, quality benchmarks, supply capacity, formulation suitability. Not a pitch — a proper conversation between people who care about ingredients.

If you’re attending SIMPPAR and want to evaluate what genuine Indian sandalwood, vetiver, or any of our wider range actually smells like on a strip — or want to get into the detail of where it comes from and how it’s produced — find us at Booth B8

The best conversations in perfumery happen over a smelling strip, not a slide deck. Come and find us in Grasse.

Why Grasse, Why Now

SIMPPAR is the third major international event Aurashine has attended in the past twelve months — following the EOAI Annual Exhibition in Mumbai and the AAC-AAIC Congress in Seoul. Each has been a different market context: home ground, East Asia, and now the European fine fragrance trade.

Grasse is where the buyers and perfumers for the world’s leading fragrance houses come to evaluate raw materials. It also happens to be where the conversation about natural ingredient sourcing is most serious — provenance, traceability, and long-term supply reliability are not abstract concerns here; they are purchasing criteria.

Indian sandalwood has been used by European perfumers for generations. The supply chain behind it has been far less documented than it should be. Coming to SIMPPAR with a fully traceable, plantation-backed portfolio — alongside a French partner who works to the same sourcing standards — is a direct response to that gap.

To schedule a meeting with the Aurashine Team, email us at sachin.u@aurashinearomatics.com or sales@aurashinearomatics.com.

We look forward to Grasse, to SIMPPAR, and to every conversation that begins with a smelling strip and ends with a partnership.
